Bachelorette dinners & brunches

A bachelorette private chef for the whole weekend

Your bachelorette private chef serves dinner at the house while everyone is dressed for the evening, and no one waits on a table for fourteen. The next morning, brunch is already prepared.

Why groups dine at the house

Bachelorette weekends are the events we cook most often, and the reasons are nearly always the same. Restaurants rarely seat twelve or more together on a Saturday, the bride wants photographs at a beautifully decorated table, and no one wants to coordinate four rideshares in heels. A bachelorette private chef at the house solves all three.

Most groups book one celebration dinner and one brunch. Some add a casual evening, such as tacos or a build-your-own bowl bar, so a hot meal is waiting after a day out.

The most-booked bachelorette evenings

Sushi night

Rolls and nigiri are arranged on risers along the kitchen island, with wontons and small plates alongside. It is the dinner that photographs best, and it works as a family-style spread or a plated meal. Some groups make it a hands-on evening and roll their own with the chef.

A plated dinner

Signature or Premier service brings plated salads, a choice of entrées, dessert for the table and printed menus at every seat. Popular choices include the Gorgonzola and date stuffed chicken, filet mignon and grouper.

The morning-after brunch

A build-your-own brunch spread, set up before anyone is awake: egg dishes, fruit, cinnamon rolls, something savory, and mimosa mixers if you bring the sparkling wine. See our private chef brunch and lunch page.

Dietary needs, settled before the weekend

One organizer collects the group's allergies and preferences, and we record every one on the event order: gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free and shellfish allergies, as well as pregnant guests (no raw fish, soft cheeses or undercooked eggs on their plates, with a cooked roll option on sushi night). Your chef reviews that list before shopping, not at the stove.

What it costs

Bachelorette dinners use the same pricing as every private dinner: $57 a person for Essential service, $99 for Signature and $125 for Premier, plus groceries, with a $830 minimum. Brunch starts at $68 a person plus food. Divided across the group, the cost is usually close to what everyone would spend at a restaurant, without splitting the bill at the end of the night. Full details are on our pricing page.

Questions people ask

Can we decorate the table ourselves?

Of course. Premier service includes linens, napkin rings and woven placemats, and you are welcome to add balloons, signs and favors. Tell us your theme, and we will plate to match.

Do you serve alcohol?

We do not supply alcohol. Bring your own wine, sparkling wine and spritz cans, and we will set out the glasses.

How big a group can you cook for?

Groups of 8 to 25 are typical. Larger groups have additional helpers, about one for every 14 guests, and we will plan the timing with you if the kitchen is small.

When should we book?

As soon as the house is reserved. Spring and fall Saturdays book first.

What bridal parties say

★★★★★
We hired Chef Jojo for a bachelorette dinner in 30A and she went above and beyond! The menu was incredible, and she took the time to walk us through every detail. Pricing was clear and upfront, her team was professional and kept everything spotless, and the food was amazing - we finished every single plate. She also accommodated our pregnant guests and dietary restrictions perfectly. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. As soon as I'm back in 30A, I'll absolutely be calling and booking her and her team again!
