Private chef in Las Vegas

Dinner at the house before the Strip, and a late-morning brunch the day after, ready whenever the group is. Cooked at your Las Vegas rental home.

Why Las Vegas groups book a chef

More groups now skip the hotel and rent a house with a pool, often off the Strip in Henderson, Summerlin or the neighborhoods nearby. That makes dinner harder to arrange: a large party, a long ride to the Strip and expensive tables once you arrive. A private chef in Las Vegas feeds everyone well before the evening begins.

A weekend plan

  • Arrival: a sushi or small-plates spread by the pool.
  • Saturday dinner: a plated dinner at the house before heading to the Strip.
  • Sunday: a late-morning brunch of eggs, potatoes, fruit, something sweet and plenty of coffee.

What we'd cook in Las Vegas

Las Vegas calls for bold flavors that photograph beautifully: a sushi spread on risers, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, butter-poached lobster tail, truffle mashed potatoes and a chocolate flourless torte. For brunch, we serve stone-ground grits, egg dishes and cinnamon rolls.

Good to know

  • Spring and fall are the busiest seasons. In summer, poolside dinners start later to avoid the heat.
  • Please send us the house rules, since some communities set quiet hours and require gate access for vendors.
  • Pricing: dinners from $57 a person and brunch from $68, plus food, with a $830 minimum.
